As a seasoned creative project manager, I have successfully overseen several large scale editorial and print projects throughout my career. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation, I bring a wealth of experience to each project I manage.
My approach to project management is centred around effective communication and collaboration. I firmly believe that success comes from working closely with all stakeholders, from editors and designers to printers and vendors. By fostering a team-oriented environment, I ensure that everyone involved in the project is aligned with the same goals and objectives.
One of my proudest achievements was leading the design and print production of UL Links for University of Limerick for three editions. This project involved coordinating a team of editors, designers, and photographers, as well as liaising with multiple printers and vendors.
Whether it's a coffee table book, magazine, or any other large scale editorial or print project, I am confident in my ability to manage it effectively.
